365 Project

2012! A new year, and a new commitment to do art every day for 365 (or 366) days for the year. Here is my first piece of the year. Goals for this year include to keep up with posting my daily pieces, and to find a way to actually work this blog page so that the images aren't scattered everywhere, but appear nice and neat. 1/4, 1/5, and 1/6 Watercolor and graphite faces for Carla Sonheim's Faces 101 class. These were fun, and I may try more as it is interesting to see the shapes and contours emerge from the paint, rather than go for some effect or shape ahead of time.
